Nikki Newton is the Partner and Head of Financial Services and Banking at Taylor Root, the world's leading legal & compliance recruitment firm. Nikki also holds the position of Executive Director, Head of the Financial Services and Banking team. Prior to joining Taylor Root, Nikki worked as a Partner at The SR Group, focusing on in-house legal recruitment. Nikki started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Badenoch and Clark, where Nikki specialized in recruiting finance professionals across various industries. Nikki holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Exeter.
