Adam Baumgardner

Adam Baumgardner is an experienced soccer professional currently serving as the Assistant Director of Soccer at The St. James since February 2021, and also as the Boys Travel Soccer Director at FCV. Previously, Adam held the position of Head Boys Varsity Soccer Coach at Loudoun County Public Schools from January 2017 to June 2022, managing the Freedom Eagles Boys Soccer Program. Adam's extensive background includes roles such as Technical Staff-Boys Director of Player Development at SYA Soccer and ownership of WellFit Sports & Therapy and The Campus, a multi-sport athletic center. Adam also has experience in sales, having worked as an Account Executive at S. Freedman and Sons, Inc. and Staples, as well as serving as Director of Coaching at Northern Virginia Football Club, where notable accomplishments included leading teams to multiple championships. Adam holds a degree from Davis and Elkins College, where studies were completed from 2001 to 2005.
