James Reynolds

James Reynolds has a diverse work experience. In 2016, they worked as a Camp Counselor at Arlington County, and later in 2018, they joined Quality Services Moving as a Crew Member. In 2019, they took on the role of a Management Intern at Arlington County, where they handled data entry and venue compliance checks for summer camps and sports activities. James also worked as a Marketing Intern at Virginia Youth Soccer Association during the same period, where they created advertisements, wrote articles, and managed inventory. In 2020, they became the Head Varsity Lacrosse Coach at Fredericksburg Academy, focusing on skill development and team preparation. In 2021, they took on the role of Camp Director at Arlington County, planning and directing sports camps. Currently, they are working as an Operations Associate at The St. James, where they assemble and delivers equipment, handles ticket sales, and addresses customer inquiries.

James Reynolds completed their Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Mary Washington from 2017 to 2021. James is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Marymount University, with an expected completion date between 2021 and 2023.
