Cindy Hudson, CCCM, is an experienced professional in guest services and call center management. Currently serving as a Guest Services Specialist at The St. Joe Company since January 2023, Cindy previously held the role of Reservations Manager at RealJoy Vacations for a brief period in late 2022, enhancing vacation experiences for guests. Prior to that, Cindy worked at Erbe USA Incorporated as Customer Service II, where a focus was placed on supporting medical personnel. Earlier in the career, Cindy made significant contributions at The Viola Group as a Real Estate Administrative Assistant, and at Treatment Management Company as Manager of a 24/7 call center dedicated to addiction treatment.
