Felicia Bosland

Felicia Bosland has extensive experience in asset management and property leasing, currently serving as the Director of Asset Management at The St. Joe Company since January 2018, after progressing through roles such as Senior Asset Manager and Asset Manager. Prior to this, Felicia spent over two years at Aspen Square Management as a Senior Traveling Property Manager, where responsibilities included managing diverse properties and leading teams to achieve high leasing success rates. Earlier work experience includes positions as a Sales Specialist at JCPenney and Rue 21, as well as customer service roles at Waffle House, Inc. and Dollar Tree Stores. Felicia holds a Bachelor's degree in Technical and Scientific Communication from the University of Central Florida and an Associate’s Degree from Florida Gateway College.
