Terri Hoskins is the Head of Talent, Leadership, and Culture at The St. Joe Company since December 2021. Prior to this, Terri was the SVP and CHRO at TBC Corporation from November 2017 to December 2021. Terri also served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Hooters of America from 2014 to 2017, and as the Director of People at Outback Steakhouse from 2009 to 2014. Additionally, Terri held positions at Hess Corporation as Director of Learning and Organizational Development, as well as Regional Human Resources. Terri holds a Masters in Human Resources from West Virginia University and a BS in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Accounting from Shepherd University.
