Lynn Worthy

Lynn Worthy is a seasoned sports journalist with extensive experience covering major league baseball and football. Currently serving as the St. Louis Cardinals beat writer for the St. Louis Post-Dispatch since January 2023, Lynn previously reported on the Kansas City Royals from January 2019 to January 2023 for The Kansas City Star. Earlier roles include Kansas City Chiefs beat writer, sports reporter for The Salt Lake Tribune covering University of Utah sports, and various positions at The Morning Call and Press & Sun-Bulletin focusing on high school and college sports. Lynn holds a Master’s degree in Journalism from Emerson College and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Bates College.
