Library Associate | Lead Employment Specialist At Career Lab (workforce Center) at City of Saint Paul

Edmond Ngeh has a diverse work experience history. Edmond has held various roles at the City of Saint Paul library, starting as a Library Customer Service Assistant (.5) from November 2007 to August 2017 and progressing to Library Customer Service Assistant (.8) from September 2017 to November 2019. Edmond then became a Library Customer Service Assistant II from November 2019 to September 2022. Currently, Edmond holds the position of Library Associate | Lead at Career Lab (Workforce Center) from September 2022 onwards.

Outside of the library, Edmond has been involved with various organizations and initiatives. Edmond served on the Program Committee of the Minnesota International NGO Network from January 2015 to January 2018 and volunteered at their International Development Exchange Action (IDEA) Summit from October 2013 to October 2017. Edmond also volunteered as a Lead Forum Volunteer at the Nobel Peace Prize Forum in June 2016.

In addition, Edmond worked as an Assistant Student Intern to the President at Judge LaJune Lange's International Leadership Institute in March 2016. Prior to this, they held temporary volunteer roles as a Temporary Student Volunteer Assistant and an Administrative Assistant to the President of the same institute from June 2015 to July 2015 and from March 2015 to May 2015, respectively. Edmond initially joined the institute as an Assistant Student Intern in August 2014 and worked there until March 2015.

Edmond's other experiences include being a Community Service Learning Student Volunteer at Books For Africa in April 2015, a Marketing and Outreach Student Intern at the Nobel Peace Prize Forum from September 2014 to March 2015, and a Lead Volunteer at the same forum from September 2014 to October 2014. Edmond also worked as a Citizen Outreach Intern at the State of Minnesota - Office of the Governor from January 2013 to May 2013, a Research and Development Intern at the Minnesota Fair Trade Coalition from October 2012 to December 2012, and a Community Service & Engagement Student Volunteer at Afrika Tikkun in January 2012.

Edmond Ngeh earned their Bachelor of Individualized (Interdisciplinary) Studies degree with concentrations in Global Studies, English, and Philosophy from the University of Minnesota in the years 2007 to 2012. Edmond then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in International Leadership and a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Public Policy & Leadership from the University of St. Thomas from 2013 to 2016. Prior to their undergraduate education, Edmond attended St. Paul Central High School from 2003 to 2007.
