Hope Gorman

Hope Gorman serves as a Community Recreational Leader at the Merriam Park Recreation Center, where responsibilities include leading an after-school program for youth, implementing quality programming guidelines, and fostering inclusivity. Previous roles include roles at the City Wide and Battle Creek Recreation Centers, where extensive programming for youth was developed, along with frontline customer service and facility oversight. Hope's diverse experience spans managerial and customer service roles in the food industry, including positions at Vegan East and Lunds and Byerly's, as well as a marketing internship at the Mall of America. Gorman's educational background includes degrees in Organization Administration and Hospitality Management, alongside a certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts. Additional training in Somatic Breathwork was completed in 2022.
