Joshua Williams has a diverse work experience. Joshua started their career as a GIS Manager at MCEA in 2003. Joshua then worked as a Natural Resources Planner at Anoka Conservation District from 2005 to 2008. Currently, they are working as a Principal Planner at City of Saint Paul since 2014.

Joshua Williams attended Lawrence University from 1992 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology. Joshua later attended the University of Minnesota - Humphrey Institute from 1999 to 2001, earning a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning.
