Laura Logsdon

Laura Logsdon currently serves as Deputy Director and Program Administrator for the City of Saint Paul since May 2019, overseeing the city's allocation of American Rescue Plan Act funds and managing federal funding compliance. Previous experience includes roles as Senior Budget and Management Analyst and Budget and Management Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed financial management and budget proposals for various city departments, as well as pandemic spending oversight. Prior to the City of Saint Paul, Laura held positions within the State of Minnesota's Minnesota Management and Budget and the Office of the Legislative Auditor, focusing on state budget policy, fiscal analysis, and program evaluation. Additional experience includes a role as Program Evaluation and Audit Intern with the Metropolitan Council of the Twin Cities and as Engagement Coordinator with the Volunteer Center of Story County through AmeriCorps VISTA. Educational qualifications include a Master of Public Policy from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in History and English from the University of Iowa.
