Currently serving as a Human Resources Manager and previously as a Human Resources Consultant for the City of Saint Paul since May 2008, Liz has demonstrated expertise in HR management. Prior to this role, Liz worked as a Personnel Officer at the Minnesota Department of Revenue from March 2006 to May 2008 and held the position of Diversion Program Coordinator at Saint Croix County, WI, from February 2005 to March 2006. Liz holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls.
