Nicolle Goodman

Nicolle Goodman currently serves as the Director of Planning and Economic Development for the City of Saint Paul, a position held since August 2020. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Operations and Redevelopment Programs at the Alliance for Economic Development of Oklahoma City, where responsibilities involved managing public participation in economic development and overseeing city redevelopment initiatives from November 2015 to August 2020. Nicolle also served as Program Administrator for the City of Oklahoma City's $777 million MAPS 3 capital improvement program with ADG, Inc. from December 2010 to October 2015, and worked as a self-employed consultant providing services to public agencies and non-profits from September 2007 to December 2010. Earlier career experience includes roles as a Human Resource Manager across various companies from September 1992 to May 2002. Nicolle holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Oklahoma.
