Robert Humphrey

Robert Humphrey is an experienced professional with a robust career in public service and legislative support. Currently serving as Assistant Director for the City of Saint Paul since September 2001, Robert previously held the position of Legislative Assistant for the Minnesota House of Representatives from January 1993 to September 2001. Robert holds a Master's degree in Management from the College of Saint Scholastica, earned between 2005 and 2007, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Political Science from Hamline University, completed from 1989 to 1991.
