Melanie Hartlove began their professional career in 1994 as a Seasonal Cast Member at The Walt Disney Company. In 1998, they moved to Smart and Associates as an HR & Marketing Coordinator. In 2010, they joined The St. Paul Group as the Director of Administration, where they supported the firm in any way possible and developed and maintained plans for both HR and Marketing responsibilities.

Melanie Hartlove attended Stevenson University from 1995 to 1999 and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Towson High School from 1991 to 1995. In addition, they obtained a Notary Public certification from the Office of the Secretary of State Maryland in July 2013.
