Karla Montalvo

Karla Montalvo is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as an Assistant Room Operations Manager at The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort since October 2022, where contributions to housekeeping and front desk operations include skills, expertise, and reliability, alongside developing training plans in line with Forbes and brand standards.
