Andy Pino has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades in the hospitality industry. Andy began their career as a Sales Coordinator at Norwegian Cruise Line in 2001. Andy then worked at The St. Regis New York, where they held various roles, including Guest Service Agent, Front Office Supervisor, Front Office Manager, and Director of Front Office. Andy also served as the Director of Front Office at The St. Regis New York-Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In 2015, they took on the role of Operations Manager at Char-Hut Restaurants, where they focused on improving customer service and operational efficiency. Andy has also worked as a Front Office Manager at Radisson Blu and an Operations Manager at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). Andy joined The Tides Inn as a Housekeeping Manager in 2021, where they maintained high cleanliness levels and trained new members. Andy Pino received a Diploma of Hospitality in Hotel Management from SENAC Hotel School-Sao Paulo-BRASIL from 1989 to 1991. Later, in 2013 to 2014, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality with a field of study in Marketing/Marketing Management from Les Roches.
