Joshua Dull

Joshua E. Dull is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background in asset management and property transactions. Currently serving as an Asset Manager at The Staenberg Group since October 2022, Joshua oversees a commercial retail portfolio of 1.4 million square feet. Prior to this role, Joshua has been an Agent at Alexander Realty Inc. since June 2018, successfully completing over 400 Broker Price Opinions. Joshua’s previous experience includes being a Project Manager at Altea Land Surveying, where responsibilities included reviewing and processing various types of surveys and legal documents. Additionally, Joshua contributed as a Real Estate Agent at Select Properties Real Estate and completed internships with The Rick & Tracy Ellis Team, where involvement included magazine management and marketing. Educational achievements include coursework in Land Surveying from the University of Maine.
