MacIej Ratajczyk

Maciej Ratajczyk possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Cellars and Purchasing Manager at The Stafford London since July 2014, while also holding roles as Private Dining Manager, In Room Dining Manager, and Restaurant Manager. Prior experience includes positions at The Dorchester from April 2007 to May 2014 as Assistant Manager, Supervisor, and Waiter, as well as a Supervisor role at Imperial Catering (formerly JBT) from January 2004 to April 2007. Maciej has also worked casually in various London 4 and 5-star hotels, including a permanent casual position at Garden Brasserie/Room Service/MICE Ops in Novotel London West. Education was obtained at Wyzsza Szkola Ekonomiczno Informatyczna w Warszawie from 2000 to 2003.
