John McGloughlin

John McGloughlin is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various major projects in the construction and development sectors. Currently serving as Acting Project Director at The Star Entertainment Group since August 2021, McGloughlin leads the Broadbeach Island development, focusing on capital improvements to enhance customer experiences. Previous roles include Senior Manager for Major Projects at Emaar and Meraas, overseeing significant developments such as the Dubai Hills Estate and Dubai Harbour. McGloughlin’s earlier career included positions at dnata, the University of Newcastle, Deutsche Property, and others, demonstrating a strong background in infrastructure and project management.
