Semir Zecevic

Semir Zecevic is an experienced building manager with a robust background in managing large-scale developments in the hospitality and residential sectors. Currently serving as the Building Manager at Jewel since July 2020, Semir has played a key role in the pre and post-opening phases of Australia's largest mixed-use development. Prior to this, Semir held the position of Building Manager for AccorHotels at Peppers Soul, a significant $850 million project in Surfers Paradise. Semir's career with Mantra Group spans from 2006 to 2018, progressing through various roles including Chief Engineer and Maintenance Manager, overseeing multiple high-profile projects such as Peppers Soul and Mantra Sierra Grand. Semir's educational background includes a Certificate III in Hospitality Operations from the William Angliss Institute.
