Tim Banning

Tim Banning currently serves as the General Manager of Capability & Leadership at The Star Entertainment Group, starting in October 2023. Prior to this role, Tim had a decade-long tenure at Westpac Group, where roles included People & Culture Lead, Marketing Chapter Lead, Senior Capability Manager, and Capability Manager. Tim's career also includes experience at Macquarie Group as Retail Operations Manager and Capability Manager, as well as positions at Sykes Australia as Head of Learning & Development and Training and Recruitment Manager. Tim holds a Certificate of Executive Leadership from AGSM @ UNSW Business School, a Bachelor of Business in Marketing from Swinburne University of Technology, and several other qualifications in management and financial services.
