Abby O'Brien

Abby O'Brien has a strong background in journalism spanning several years. Currently serving as a Staff Reporter at Toronto Star since September 2024, Abby has previously worked as a Journalist at CTV News from May 2021 to November 2024 and as a Staff Writer at Narcity Media from July 2020 to May 2021. Abby also has freelance writing experience and wrote for The Martlet, a student newspaper at the University of Victoria, from January 2016 to June 2018. Abby holds a Bachelor's degree in Professional Communications from the University of Victoria, where education was completed from 2014 to 2018.
