Tom Moseman

Tom Moseman, PMP, is a senior engineer specializing in hazardous process materials systems with extensive experience in facility management and project oversight. Currently semi-retired and consulting at Process Guy Consulting LLC since September 2023, Tom has played a pivotal role at the Research Foundation of SUNY since January 2010, overseeing the Total Gas and Chemical Management contract to enhance system performance. Tom's previous experience includes significant positions at NXP Semiconductors from 1995 to 2009, where responsibilities ranged from facilities and equipment engineering to facility decommissioning project management. Tom began their career in chemical operations at IBM East Fishkill from 1990 to 1993. Educational qualifications include a Project Management Certificate from Boston University's Questrom School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Electromechanical Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
