Ellena White

Ellena White is a seasoned marketing and communications professional with extensive experience in various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Marketing & Communications at The Story Museum since November 2025, Ellena previously held roles at the National Trust as Senior Communications & Marketing, and as a Freelance Communications Consultant from January 2022 to November 2025. Prior experience includes Director of Marketing & Communications at Magdalen College School, Senior Account Manager and other roles at Lemongrass Marketing, and Marketing Communications at Insider Journeys. Additional positions include a role in International Rights and Business Development at Bloomsbury Publishing Plc and a Rights Assistant at Oxford University Press. Early career experiences include positions as a Marketing Assistant at The Phoenix comic and a Press Office Assistant at the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew. Ellena holds an MA in Publishing from Oxford Brookes University and a BA in English Literature from Royal Holloway, University of London.
