Lori Wade

Lori Wade has extensive work experience in various financial roles. Lori began their career at Eaton Corporation in 1986 as a Cost Accountant and then held several roles in financial positions within the company. Lori worked as a Cost Accountant from September 1986 to May 1988, followed by various financial positions from 1988 to 1995. From 1995 to 1996, they served as the Plant Controller - Suspension Division and then became the Manager of Accounting Systems and Analysis from 1996 to 1999. Lori then worked as a Financial Analyst from 1999 to 2002 and as a Controller from 2002 to 2006. In 2006, they became the Worldwide Group SOX Manager until 2008. After leaving Eaton Corporation, Lori Wade joined Spartan Motors, Inc. in 2008 as the Executive Director of Finance. Lori held this position until 2013, when they were promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Lori continued to work as CFO until September 2015. Most recently, Lori Wade worked as the Chief Financial Officer at The Stow Company starting in October 2016.

Lori Wade attended Northwest Missouri State University from 1982 to 1986. During this time, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Accounting.
