Bianca McIntyre is a dedicated pre-med scholar actively involved in various initiatives promoting diversity in medicine. Currently serving as a Pre-Med Scholar with the Student National Medical Association since October 2022, Bianca has previously held multiple leadership roles at the Black Bio-Medical and Technical Association at Cornell University, including Co-Conference Chair, Co-Programming Chair, and Co-Treasurer, where responsibilities included organizing large-scale conferences and managing financial resources. Bianca's academic journey at Cornell University, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Biology & Society with a minor in Nutrition & Health, is complemented by involvement in various programs aimed at enhancing early medical career preparation for minority students, such as the Northeast Regional Alliance HCOP Program. Additionally, Bianca founded The Mentorship Hub for Growth & Success, which focuses on empowering minority high school students.
