Melanie Giuliani is an experienced online community manager with a strong background in community strategy development and team leadership. Currently serving as the Online Community Manager at The Suite, Melanie previously held the position of Sr. Community Programs Manager at Workato, where responsibilities included leading a team to launch the enhanced Systematic Community. Prior to this, Melanie worked at Blue Prism as the Sr. Manager for Community Strategy, overseeing the award-winning Blue Prism Community and focusing on user experience and program expansion. Melanie's career began at CA Technologies with roles that involved community strategy and stakeholder engagement, building a foundation for cultivating relationships with customers and partners. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and General Business from Hofstra University.
