Shaun Sethna

Shaun Sethna serves as General Counsel and Head of People at both The L Suite and The Suite, where responsibilities include leading legal, HR, and content functions across various communities. In prior roles, Shaun was Deputy General Counsel at Altisource, overseeing legal matters for SaaS enterprises, including M&A, corporate governance, and intellectual property. Shaun's experience also includes serving as Chief Counsel at Pointillist, Attorney at Schlumberger, and Associate at King & Spalding. Educational credentials include a JD from Columbia Law School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology. Additionally, Shaun is a Charter Member of an exclusive peer community for Deputy General Counsels and has provided advisory support to a legal tech start-up.
