Jacob Alexander

Jacob Alexander is an experienced Data Governance Manager at The Sultan Center, one of the largest hypermarket chains in the Middle East, where expertise includes Oracle Retail, Oracle EBS, and NCR POS systems. Prior to this role, Jacob held various positions at Landmark Group, a leading retail and hospitality organization in the Middle East, Africa, and India, serving as Systems Analyst and Senior Systems Analyst and utilizing Oracle Retail, Oracle EBS, and Oracle POS 360. Jacob began the professional journey as a Trainee Computer Programmer at Arab Heavy Industries P.J.S.C. in Ajman, UAE, working with an Oracle-based ERP solution. Educational qualifications include a Master of Computer Applications from Bangalore University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Bharathiar University.
