JT Scott has extensive experience in the field of education, having worked as a music educator at Little Rock School District and holding a Bachelor's degree in Music Teacher Education. Currently serving as a Family Pastor at The Summit Church, JT oversees a team of staff and volunteers to develop and maintain a vibrant Christian ministry for children and parents. Additionally, JT has a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Harding University.
