Michael Phillips

Michael Phillips has a strong background in construction estimation and project management. Michael started their career in 2008 as an Estimator and Project Manager at S.T. Wooten Corporation. Michael then worked at Faulconer Construction as a Senior Estimator from 2011 to 2014, and later as a Project Management / Sr. Estimator at "Construction Management" from 2014 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Senior Estimator at Faulconer Construction. Most recently, they held the position of Vice President at Iron Horse Contractors, LLC from 2018 to 2021. Michael is currently serving as the Chief Estimator at Sunrock, starting in 2021.

Michael Phillips attended Sandhills Community College from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) degree in Landscaping and Groundskeeping.
