Susan Kish

Susan Kish began their work experience in 2001 as an Educator at Olentangy Local School District, where they worked until 2018. In 2018, they joined The Superior Group as an Education and Training Advocate. After four years in that role, they moved on to become a Learning and Talent Development Manager, a position they currently hold.

Susan Kish completed their Bachelor's degree in Library and Information Science from Ohio Dominican University in 2000. Susan then pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in Education from Marygrove College between 2002 and 2004. In addition to their academic qualifications, Susan has also attained various certifications related to training and leadership development from Training Industry, Inc. These certifications include the Internal Consulting Master Class in December 2020, the Leading Leadership Development Certificate in October 2020, and the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) in November 2020, which they obtained twice.
