Jay Saxena

Jay Saxena, P.E. has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Starting in 1996, they worked as an Associate at Kimley-Horn and Associates, where they specialized in general civil and water resources. In 2000, they became the Chief Operating Officer at ASC geosciences, inc. and was responsible for managing over 100 employees and overseeing the company's expansion into South Georgia. From 2010 to 2011, Saxena served as a Senior Project Engineer at KCI Technologies, Inc., leading the Geoforensic Practice in the Southeast United States. In 2011, they joined n1Health as the President and Chief Operating Officer, where they implemented operational guidelines and oversaw contract administration. Saxena then served as the Vice President of Southeast Operations at Ayres Associates from 2017 to 2019, focusing on strategic growth and expanding operations beyond Florida. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Operations & Data Analytics at The Surgicalist Group, where they are responsible for national operations, managing a team of 80+ employees across multiple states, and streamlining back-office operations.

Jay Saxena, P.E. completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida from 1989 to 1995. Jay then pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Geotechnical and Geoenvironmental Engineering from Cornell University from 1995 to 1996. In 2018, Jay attended Harvard University for the Business Analytics Program, specializing in Business Analytics from 2018 to 2019.
