Andy Ferguson is an experienced professional in the sustainability and energy sectors, currently serving as Managing Principal and Head of Renewables at The Sustainable Partnership since April 2021. In this role, Andy focuses on building talent solutions to aid the global shift towards sustainability and leads the Energy Storage division, specializing in the US and EMEA markets. Prior to this, Andy held various consulting roles at Venn Group from December 2016 to March 2021, where expertise was developed in contract and permanent recruitment across multiple sectors, including healthcare and property management. Andy holds a Master of Science in Renewable Energy Enterprise and Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from Newcastle University.
