Samantha Dailey

Samantha Dailey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience in various roles within human resources and media industries. Samantha is currently the V.P. - Human Resources at The Suter Company Inc. since August 2023. Previously, they served as the Human Resources Manager at the same company from August 2017 to August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Kishwaukee College from October 2016 to July 2017. Samantha also held the position of V.P. - Senior Project Manager at First Midwest Bank from March 2016 to October 2016. With an extensive career, they served as the V.P. - Director of Human Resources at The National Bank & Trust Company for over 25 years from February 1990 to March 2016, where they successfully directed and managed various aspects of HR. Samantha began their career in media as a News Reporter at WSAW-TV from May 1989 to February 1990, and then at W43AG "TV-43" from July 1988 to May 1989.

Samantha Dailey, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, earned a B.A. degree in Telecommunications from Indiana University Bloomington, completing their studies between 1984 and 1988. Samantha has also obtained certifications such as the SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2019 and the Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in 2002.
