Clarence Blondin

Clarence Blondin has extensive experience in building maintenance and management, currently serving as the Technical Services Manager at Sutton Place Hotel since August 2004, where responsibilities include budget management, 24/7 maintenance support, and supervision of a building services team in a 4.5-star hotel. Additionally, Clarence is the Owner/Operator of J.A.S. Enterprises, a janitorial and building maintenance company, and has previously operated a lunch truck service. Clarence's career includes significant roles in various schools in the Edmonton Public Schools system, where responsibilities included staff supervision, maintenance oversight, budget management, and training. Prior military service as a Corporal in the Canadian Armed Forces included leadership and management training. Educational credentials include Building Operator A and B Certificates from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.
