Prior to this role, Donna held various positions at Sandman Hotel Group, including General Manager and Front Office Manager. Donna's career also includes significant experience at Dusit Hotels and Resorts, where roles ranged from Assistant Director of Conference & Catering Services to Senior Sales Manager, showcasing expertise in both sales and operational management. Earlier positions include Cluster Sales Executive at JAL Tower Dubai & JAL Fujairah Resort and Group Sales Executive at Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. Donna began their career at Dusit Hotels and Resorts as Duty Manager and Sales Manager. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management from the University of Santo Tomas.
