Erica Makofka possesses a diverse background in hospitality and guest services, currently serving as a Guest Services Associate at Oilers Entertainment Group since 2015. In addition, Erica has worked as a Catering Coordinator at The Sutton Place Hotels since 2014. Past roles include Logistics Coordinator at SemCAMS Midstream Co in 2012, and Assistant Food Beverage Manager at Whitecourt Golf and Country Club from 2011 to 2012. Erica's career began with a two-year apprenticeship at Rimrock Resort Hotel from 2008 to 2010. Erica holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, completed from 2006 to 2008, and a Diploma from St. Joseph High School, earned from 1994 to 1998.
