Brandon Passley

Brandon Passley is a seasoned entrepreneur and technology leader with extensive experience in founding and advising startup companies. As Co-Founder of Outworks and Spring Teams, as well as Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at SnapMobile—acquired in 2018—Brandon has demonstrated a strong track record in driving innovation. In addition to these roles, Brandon serves as an Advisor at The Swarm and holds the position of President at Common Sail Investment Group and its technology branch, Common Sail Technology. Brandon earned a degree in Graphic Design with a focus on Interactive Design from the University of Illinois Chicago between 2002 and 2006.
