Elin Sylvan

Elin Sylvan is a seasoned professional in the fields of patent law and telecommunications, currently serving as a Manager at PRV: Patent- och registreringsverket since March 2021, overseeing the Data and Telecommunications Technology unit responsible for handling national and PCT patent applications. Prior to this role, Elin held positions at Ström & Gulliksson as a European Patent Attorney and Patent Consultant from November 2016 to March 2021, as well as serving as a Patent Examiner at PRV from September 2012 to October 2016. Elin's earlier career included managerial roles at Tele2 and Telenor, leading teams in telecommunications services and delivery processes. Elin holds a Master's degree in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping University.
