Paul Rosica

Paul Rosica is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate sales, structuring, and investment. Currently serving as Co-Founder and CFO of The Sweet Spot since April 2025, Rosica also holds positions as an Investing Partner at Tribeca Early Stage Partners and Board Vice Chair at Good Grief, Inc., where Paul chairs the Development Committee. Previously, Rosica has advised at Medocity, Inc. and led corporate sales and structuring teams at BMO Capital Markets, where significant leadership roles included Managing Director and Chair of the Equity Linked Capital Commitment Committee. Rosica's background includes senior positions at FBR, Bear Stearns, Lehman Brothers, Deutsche Bank, and Bankers Trust. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School and a BA in Business from Franklin & Marshall College.
