Ken Perry

Ken Perry is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the real estate and investment sectors. Currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer at The Swig Company, LLC since April 1998, Ken also holds positions as a Member of the Board of Directors and Chief Investment Officer, Director of Asset Services. Prior to this, Ken was with Cushman & Wakefield from August 1991 to April 1998, where responsibilities included Director of Asset Services and General Manager of the Pacific Telesis Center. Earlier in the career, Ken worked as a Senior Project Manager at Bedford Properties from April 1988 to July 1991. Ken holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Colorado College and an MBA from the International Management Institute in Geneva, Switzerland.
