Will Sandman

Will Sandman has a diverse work experience in various positions. Will started their career as a Military Social Aide to the President at The White House from January 2011 to August 2012. Will then worked at Naval Reactors Headquarters, U.S. Navy as a Project Manager for the Moored Training Ship Conversion Project from September 2012 to July 2014. Will also served as a Public Affairs Officer and a Project Manager for Nuclear Fuel Shipping Container Design & Analysis during their time at Naval Reactors Headquarters. In 2015, Will worked as a Development Summer Associate at EDENS: Connective Retail for a brief period. Will then joined Rubicon Point Partners, LLC in 2016, where they started as an Associate in Acquisitions & Asset Management and gradually progressed to the roles of Director and Senior Director in the same department. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President and Director of Asset Management at The Swig Company from September 2023 onwards.

Will Sandman has a diverse education history. Will earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from Boston College from 2003 to 2007. Following this, they pursued a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Nuclear Engineering at Penn State University from 2010 to 2012. More recently, they attended Harvard Business School from 2014 to 2016 and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
