Frank Grillo

Frank Grillo's work experience includes roles at several companies over the years. Frank is currently employed at The Switch as an OTT Operations Manager since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at ABC News as a NAC Technical Specialist from October 2012 to February 2022. Before joining ABC News, they were a Senior Network Engineer at ACS from November 2010 to October 2012.

Grillo's earlier experiences include working at SunGard HTE, Inc as an Integration Analyst from 2005 to 2007, and as a Support Analyst from 2004 to 2005. Frank also worked at Siemens Westinghouse as a Lead Technician from 2002 to 2004. During their time at Siemens Westinghouse, they managed network/hardware/software support for 1000 end users and oversaw a team of three technicians.

Before their roles in IT, Grillo worked at Mount St. Mary College, where they served as an Instructional Media Coordinator from 2000 to 2002 and as a Computer Lab Supervisor from 1999 to 2000.

Frank Grillo attended the University of Connecticut from 1992 to 1994, where they studied History. After that, from 2002 to 2005, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Network Communication Management at DeVry University.
