Jose Garcia has over 20 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management. Jose started their career at Metromedia Fiber Networks as a Senior Analyst in 1998 and worked there until 2003. In 2003, they joined Bresnan Communications, LLC as the Manager of Procurement & Purchasing Controls until 2010. Jose then moved on to Cablevision, where they held various roles including Director of Supply Chain Management and Director of Procurement. At Cablevision, they managed a $1+ billion purchasing organization and was responsible for strategic purchasing, vendor management, and supply chain operations. In 2016, they joined Altice USA as the Procurement Director and successfully integrated Optimum and Suddenlink into the company. Currently, they work at The Switch as the SVP of Sourcing & Procurement, leading the procurement team responsible for global sourcing of fiber circuits and managing carrier relationships. Jose has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Monroe College from 2012 to 2014.
