Daniel Liu is currently working as a Project Team Lead at VentureWell, leading a team of students to develop a handheld tuberculosis rapid test. Daniel is also an Undergraduate Research Fellow at Vanderbilt University School of Engineering, focusing on improving procedures for genetic material purification. In addition, Daniel is a Commitment Maker at the Clinton Foundation CGIU 2023, working on projects funded by multiple S&P 500 companies. Daniel is also involved in research at Bowden Biomedical Optics Laboratory and volunteers as a VSVS Board Intern, teaching STEM lessons to under-resourced schools in Nashville. Daniel holds a degree in Biomedical Engineering with a Minor in Computer Science from Vanderbilt University.
