Nicholas Blagec

Nicholas Blagec, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership roles. Nicholas is currently the Regional Human Resources Director for The SYGMA Network, where they oversee HR operations and collaborates with senior leadership to implement HR initiatives. Prior to this, Nicholas served as the Human Resources Manager for Liebherr USA, where they supported multiple divisions and managed staffing needs. Nicholas also worked as an Assistant Store Manager for Lowe's, focusing on expense control and operational excellence. Additionally, Nicholas has experience as a Human Resources Manager for Arrow Strategies and Lowe's Home Improvement, where they acted as a business partner and resolved employee complaints.

Nicholas Blagec, SHRM-CP, has a Certificate in Employment Law from Cornell University, which they obtained in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master's Degree in Organizational Learning and Performance from Western Michigan University between 2012 and 2014. Nicholas'sBachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management is from Eastern Michigan University, and they also hold an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts and Management from Monroe County Community College. Additionally, Nicholas has obtained the SHRM People Analytics Specialty certification from SHRM in 2022, and the Society of Human Resources- Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from the Society of Human Resources in June 2017.
