Chanté Wiegand has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chanté started their career as a Marketing Associate at State Street Global Advisors in 1997. Chanté then transitioned into the field of natural health, working as a Resident Clinician at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, Chanté became an Owner and Naturopathic Doctor at Vital Health, where they served until January 2021. During this time, they also worked as a Naturopathic Doctor at Cottage by the Falls Wellness Center from 2009 to 2011.

Chanté made a shift in their career by joining The Synergy Company™ in 2011, where they assumed the role of Director of Education and Communication. Chanté played a vital role in the company's marketing team, contributing as a senior content writer, public relations media expert, and product educator. Chanté'swork contributed to impressive branded sales growth and they were responsible for creating consumer-facing content across various platforms.

In 2018, Chanté progressed to the position of Director of Science and Education at The Synergy Company™, where they helped inform customer service personnel and provided guidance on technical requests. Additionally, they served as a scientific advisor to the Marketing and Customer Services Departments, assisting with the marketing and promotion of products. Chanté's responsibilities expanded further in their most recent role as Director of Research and Development, where they oversaw the strategy and day-to-day function of new product development and product change processes, while also providing scientific and medical advisory support.
