Leanne Crowe Sphr

Leanne Crowe, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the People Operations Manager at The Synergy Company™, Leanne is instrumental in shaping the company’s People, Culture, and Human Resources services in collaboration with the Director of People & Sustainability. Previous positions include Human Resources Administrator and District Clerk at Canyonlands Solid Waste Authority, Director of People and Culture at Sorrel River Ranch Resort and Spa, and Director of Human Resources at Memorial Regional Health, where Leanne developed and implemented comprehensive HR functions. With a foundational background as a Human Resources Generalist in various organizations and experience in youth mentoring, Leanne holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from Western Governors University, set to complete in October 2024.
